Terms and conditions of sale

These terms govern sales made by QR GROUPE to business buyers. They are provided to any buyer on request, under article L441-1 of the French Commercial Code.
Article 1 — Scope
Sales are reserved for businesses acting for the purposes of their trade. The buyer declares they have capacity to contract and provides their SIRET number when opening an account.
The right of withdrawal under article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code does not apply between businesses.
Article 2 — Orders
An order is firm once confirmed online. QR GROUPE may refuse an order from a buyer with an outstanding dispute, or whose account has not been approved.
A minimum order value applies and is shown before the basket is confirmed.
Article 3 — Prices
Prices are in euros and exclude tax. They are ex-depot and exclude delivery. The rate of value added tax applied is the one in force on the invoice date.
Displayed prices may change at any time; the price that applies is the one in force when the order is confirmed.
Article 4 — Payment
Paiement comptant à la commande. Pas d'escompte pour paiement anticipé.
Under articles L441-10 and D441-5 of the French Commercial Code, late payment automatically incurs penalties at three times the statutory interest rate, plus a fixed recovery charge of 40 euros. No discount is granted for early payment.
Article 5 — Delivery and collection
Goods are delivered to the address given by the buyer, or collected at the depot depending on the option chosen. Charges and the delivery radius are shown before confirmation.
Stated lead times are indicative. A delay gives no right to cancel, to compensation or to withhold payment.
Article 6 — Reservations and claims
The buyer checks the condition and conformity of the goods on receipt. Any reservation must be noted on the delivery note and confirmed in writing within three working days, under article L133-3 of the French Commercial Code.
Article 7 — Retention of title
Goods remain the property of QR GROUPE until the price is paid in full. The buyer nevertheless bears the risk from delivery.
Article 8 — Personal data
Data collected is processed in accordance with the privacy policy available on the site.
Article 9 — Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Mulhouse commercial court.
